painting, landscaping and upholstery to box office, concessions, and ushers. We value your time and would love to add you
to the team. Volunteer incentives include enriching cultural events, social events and discounted tickets prices.

A GREAT SUCCESS! Our first volunteer work day was a tremendous success! A heartfelt thanks to each
of you that gave up your Saturday to help the Forum. We accomplished so much more than we even anticipated. We

Why
did you volunteer to help the Forum Theatre?
· I confess to having become a volunteer for entirely selfish reasons.
After a life and career spent in New York City in the visual arts, advertising and education, I am no longer a part
of the “paid-for-work” world, and I feel that this is a great way to exercise my problem solving muscles, gain
an enhanced sense of self-worth, find camaraderie and the appreciation of my community.

As a relative newcomer
to Metuchen (5 years now), I can meet like-minded neighbors who recognize the life-enriching possibilities of the performing
and visual arts. Being able to walk to films, concerts and live theatrical performances after a leisurely
dinner and stroll through town…what a treat.
· Downtown Metuchen is not thriving. The Theatre can help bring it back to
life.
How are you specifically
hoping to help the Theatre?
· As a volunteer I have offered to use my organizational/administrative experience in both profit
and non-profit organizations in areas like advisory council structure, committee formation and volunteer coordination as well
as paint, plant , clean , usher…whatever it takes to make the Forum Theatre a thriving entity.

TICKET SERVICE FEES:
The ticketing service that allows us to sell tickets
online, charges a fee for its services. Please be aware that there is a $2/ticket service fee when purchasing
tickets online.
There is a $1/ticket charge when purchasing tickets over the phone.
